Objects of the Trust

The objects of the organization shall be carried out without any discrimination on the basis of caste, religion, class, or gender and in accordance with the prevailing laws in force at the relevant time, as under:

(1) Education

To promote good values and character building, and to meet the educational needs of society, the Trust shall establish, maintain, and manage Anganwadis, bal mandirs, pre-primary schools, primary and secondary schools (Gujarati and English medium), higher secondary schools, colleges, universities, girls’ schools, technical institutions, educational institutions, hostels, and other related institutions.
The Trust shall impart education and training in various fields such as computer education, commerce, vocational education, technical education, management, medical and paramedical sciences, mental and physical health, agriculture, scientific studies, industrial training, professional education, disaster management, and related subjects. For this purpose, the Trust may establish and manage necessary schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
To promote women empowerment and self-reliance, the Trust shall establish and manage educational and technical training institutes and provide academic and skill-based training to women.
The Trust shall support and encourage poor, needy, and meritorious students by providing notebooks, textbooks, stationery, scholarships, fee assistance, hostel facilities, libraries, book banks, and reading rooms.

(2) Health

For the welfare and better health of the general public, especially women and children, the Trust shall organize various health camps from time to time and undertake activities to provide facilities for relieving physical ailments.
The Trust shall provide assistance for Ayurvedic, Homeopathic, Allopathic, Physiotherapy, and Naturopathy treatments, and may establish or support hospitals, clinics, dispensaries, pharmacies, de-addiction centers, ambulance services, and other necessary healthcare facilities.
The Trust shall organize medical check-up camps such as eye check-ups, dental check-ups, blood donation camps, and similar programs. It shall also undertake efforts to spread awareness about incurable and serious diseases.
For persons with mental and physical disabilities, the Trust shall organize regular medical check-up camps. The Trust shall provide guidance and information on child care, health care, nutrition, and food-related health issues, and offer counseling and guidance regarding incurable diseases

(3) Social Welfare and Relief

During natural or man-made calamities such as excessive rainfall, drought, earthquakes, epidemics, and similar disasters, the Trust shall provide assistance and relief to affected persons in appropriate forms.
To ensure a peaceful and dignified life for senior citizens, the Trust shall establish, manage, and support old age homes and senior care centers.
The Trust shall undertake activities such as free food distribution, clothing distribution, and other forms of assistance for women, the poor, and other needy individuals.

(4) Overall Social Development

For the overall development of society, the Trust shall undertake welfare activities and organize seminars, workshops, conferences, conventions, and meetings on various subjects.
The Trust shall organize and promote activities such as public speaking competitions, writing competitions, and drawing or painting competitions, and encourage talent development through such initiatives.

(5) Cultural Values and National Integration

The Trust shall promote secularism, moral values, and national unity, and undertake activities aimed at building a socially and culturally enriched society in accordance with the historical and cultural heritage of the nation. The Trust shall support and participate in such activities.

“The objective of KUMKUM FOUNDATION is to undertake welfare activities for education, healthcare, social service, disaster relief, women empowerment, and the overall development of society without discrimination on the basis of caste, religion, or gender.”
